Development Day Level 2 CPD Course in Personal Training

Practical development days have been designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to be able to instruct a range of exercises and activities to prepare you for the Level 2 and 3 practical assessments at a UK national training centre.

You’ll learn the following:

Level 2 Gym

• Free weight exercise
• Resistance machines
• CV exercise
• Body weight exercise
• Warm up and cool down components
• Pre and post workout stretching

This course carries 4 REPs points.
