Suspension or strap training is a type of bodyweight exercise in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed.
By incorporating specially modified straps with exercise, we aim to teach you how to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Suspended Strap Training can be considered a type of resistance training and can be done using straps, ropes, resistance bands and suspension trainers.
To do this course you must have completed your level 2 Gym Instructor course. This course entitles you to 8 REPs points and carries an assessment.
